Migrants sailing

A SAILING BOAT carrying 52 migrants was intercepted by the Guardia di Finanza off Santa Maria di Leuca in Lecce.
On board were 11 minors.
The financiers of the Bari followed the boat, because suspicious from the route, and despite the adverse weather conditions, have procetuto to board the same.
The 15-metre sailboat was escorted to the port of Santa Maria di Leuca where the migrants, all male, were immediately greeted by a full and immediate assistance.
The two skippers, 21 and 26 years of Moldovan and Russian nationality, at the helm of Sailboat, were immediately arrested on charges of immigration clendestina.
