(Italian factories for applying thermosetting resins, called Fiart Mare since 1987 following the separation of the activities of the holding company, the Italian Shipyards, Fiart activities Boating) was founded by Cavaliere del Lavoro Ing. Ruggiero Luggo's in January 1960 with the first fiberglass boat in Europe, a small Spear of three metres and sixty named Conchita.
