A rare find on the market: an ILES SOUS LE VENT boat from the Tournier shipyard in SOUBISE (17), built in 1997, featuring a long keel and a ballasted centerboard (220m / 120 m), lead ballast, schooner rig, and featuring 2 aft double cabins, a large central saloon with a single berth on the starboard side + a REFLEKS oil-fired stove in need of servicing, and a workshop in the bow
The through-hull fittings, valves, and bilge pumps were replaced in 2017
The sails are new or nearly new; the engine and shaft drive were replaced in 2019
The electrical panel was completely overhauled in 2019, and the boat is equipped with new batteries featuring a Victron BMV 702 monitor (2 x 140 Ah service batteries from 2022 + 1 x 90 Ah engine battery from 2023), a Mastervolt Ivo Compact 12/53-3 charger with a shore power outlet, and solar panels on the aft gantry
Full electronics package with a 2018 Humminbird Helix 9 fishfinder on the chart table and in the cockpit
Dometic 2-burner stove (2017), 300-liter fresh water tank, 2024 electric toilet, black water tank, Isotemp water heater, CD player
Offshore vessel equipped with a 2010 BOMBARD liferaft for 8 people (last serviced in 2023), a 60-meter main anchor line + a secondary anchor line, and a 2018 Maxell HRC 10 electric windlass with a handheld remote control and cockpit controls
