Ketch Gallian 13 Carènes Engineering Works Herbulot.
This boat underwent a complete refit in 2020 in preparation for a round-the-world voyage that, unfortunately, the current owner was unable to undertake.
Both engines were replaced with two new VOLVO PENTA D2 50 CV engines. The shipyard did a tremendous job replacing all the propulsion systems, the shaft lines, and the steering gear. the tanks The rudder bushings, the hydraulic joints, and much more.
As well as the electrical and electronic systems—everything has been refurbished.

A skirt has been added, bringing the boat’s length to 1490 meters.
The hull is made of epoxy-coated plywood, as is the skirt, which is an integral part of the hull since it is built onto the frames and stringers.
It is equipped for ocean voyages with four solar panels, each rated at 50 watts, and a 400-watt Air Brise wind turbine: this system powers the 600-amp service battery bank. The boat is self-sufficient in electricity. All lighting consists of LED bulbs:
1 side cabin with a large berth for 2 people A closet. It is located in the center of the boat.

2 bunk beds in the starboard passageway, the upper one of which can be converted into a double berth.

A large aft platform and swim ladder make swimming and boarding at anchor easy.
