- The following equipment will be fitted in the external area:

- An Idromar water maker, or similar, of 130 l/h will be installed.
- The yacht will be equipped with a refreshing/heating system. The system shall consist of a reverse cycle marine chiller of 144,000 BTU/h that will supply independent fan coils throughout the accommodation.
- Air extraction: Each bathroom will be provided with an air extraction fan connected with the light switch and timed.
- Lighting: Proper lighting will be provided inside and outside, exterior lights will be waterproof and installed at foot level.
- Transmission: ZF 4600 gearbox
- Accessories with the engine:

Joystick docking
- Bow thruster: A CMC bow thruster will be provided, model TP30 with a tunnel of 355 mm of diameter, 30 kW.
- Stabilization system: An appropriate CMC electric fins stabilizers system will be fitted.
- Floor covering:
Carpet will be fitted in owner’s suite, owner’s dressing, guest cabins, corridor.
All carpets will have acoustic underlay.
All edges of carpet will be bound, where necessary, or fixed under the furniture.
Parquet floors will be fitted in Owner’s bathroom, guests’ bathroom.
Shower floors will have drip pan with varnished teak grating on top.
- Wall finishing:
Walls will be finished in wood selected, teak, oak, cherry, tanganika, mahogany, or equivalent. Limited area could be upholstered with fabric or leather.
Lacquered panels can be fitted on bathrooms and galley walls.
- Fixed furniture:
Furniture will be made of marine plywood veneered, teak, oak, cherry, tanganyika, mahogany, or equivalent, or lacquered or leather/fabric covering.
Marble will be fitted over the top of wash basin units of all bathrooms.
The working surface of the galley will be finished in marble, granite, corian or stainless steel.
- Curtains and blinds:
All windows and portholes, will have curtains hand operated.
The curtains will be in fabric eventually lined to have a blind effect.
Electric curtains can be quoted as optional.

- The following items will be supplied and fitted:
One safe in the Owner’s cabin,
Sun bathing mattresses and cushions for exterior sofas upholstered in Sunbrella or equivalent fabric, exterior grade.
