1983 MOTOMAR 33 FLY WITH 2x270 AIFO - BOAT WITH CONSERVATIVE RESTORATION, EXCELLENT CONDITION, PRICE NEGOTIABLE
1983 MOTOMAR 33 FLY WITH 2x270 AIFO
OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS, EXTENSIVE REFIT WORK (CONSERVATIVE RESTORATION) HAS BEEN PERFORMED ON THE INTERIOR (CEILINGS AND WOOD FINISHES, THE SOFA, AND THE KITCHEN)
THE ENGINES HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY OVERHAULED
THE BOAT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION
USED FOR 2 MONTHS IN THE SUMMER AND THEN STORED INDOORS DURING THE WINTER
Motomar relied on specialized companies such as Cantiere Agostini or CIGALA & BERTINETTI to manufacture fiberglass hulls and decks. The lamination was done manually using full-thickness layers of fiberglass and orthophthalic polyester resin.
The reinforcement structure is of a mixed type, featuring longitudinal and transverse “omega” box sections of substantial dimensions.
It is difficult to speak of defects, as the designer’s choices can simultaneously meet or fall short of expectations.
