La costruzione Motomar per realizzare gusci e coperte in vetroresina si affidava ad aziende specializzate nella realizzazione di manufatti come il Cantiere Agostini o CIGALA & BERTINETTI. La laminazione era realizzata manualmente di laminato pieno di spessori di vetro e resina poliestere ortoftalica.
La struttura di rinforzo è di tipo misto con scatolati “a omega” longitudinali e trasversali di rassicuranti dimensioni.
Parlare di difetti è difficile in quanto le scelte del progettista possono allo stesso tempo soddisfare o deludere le aspettative.
