I am selling my 2002 Hunter 356 sailboat, in excellent condition, with 2 double cabins and a saloon that converts into a double berth.
A seaworthy sailboat, capable of sailing at all speeds and in all wind conditions.
The boat is in excellent condition, both inside and out.
Air-blasted in 2022 with hull inspection, anti-osmosis treatment, saildrive seal replacement and oil change, heat exchanger maintenance, and replacement of elbow and belts.
Equipped for offshore sailing; 6-person liferaft needs servicing.
Flares, fire extinguisher, 2 safety harnesses, 2 inflatable life jackets, 6 life vests, lifelines.

ELVSTROM SAILS:

8 m² storm bag, never used.
ENGINE:
Yanmar 27CV 1,750 hours, upgradeable. Fuel consumption: 2 L/h. Oil changes and filter replacements every 100 hours.
Sail drive seal replacement and oil change in 2022.
Kiwiprop 3-blade propeller with very good efficiency.
140-liter stainless steel diesel tank. Winterized.
ELECTRICITY:
4 service batteries (4x110Ah) from 2020, 1 engine battery (75Ah) from April 2020, battery distributor,
220V automatic charger, 100-amp alternator charger, 220V circuit with 4 onboard outlets, 2 x 100W solar panels connected to a 40A regulator, adjustable stainless steel mounting bracket (powering the refrigerator, autopilot, and lights), 12V LED lighting.
Ultrasonic anti-fouling system on the hull (220V at the dock).
