Interiors description
he interior of the Dehler 34 is designed to offer comfort and functionality in every detail. The yacht features two double cabins, providing cozy and well-organized spaces, ideal for a crew of six. In addition to the cabins, the saloon offers two additional berths, making for a versatile and practical sleeping arrangement. The strategically placed galley is equipped with a two-burner gimbal stove with an oven and a top-loading refrigerator, ensuring excellent food preservation. The interiors are crafted with high-quality materials, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for extended stays on board.
Description of the armament
The yacht is rigged as a 7/8 sloop, with a deck-stepped mast and a single set of slightly swept-back spreaders. The full-batten mainsail, installed on Harken sliders in 2019, is in excellent condition and features two reefing points for adapting to different sailing conditions. The tri-radial Dacron genoa, from 2017 and also in excellent condition, provides optimal propulsion, while the Code Zero, mounted on a brand-new furler in 2023, further expands sail options. The Parasailor, purchased in 2019 and practically new, ensures safe navigation even in downwind conditions. Completing the rigging setup are the inner forestay, an Easy Bag in perfect condition, and an efficient spray hood. The deck equipment includes six Lewmar winches, four of which are self-tailing and installed in 2019, and a fully led aft control system for easy sail handling. The 7mm braided rigging was replaced in 2017, while the Carboway carbon bowsprit, with a quick-release system, was added in 2019. The yacht is also equipped with a Selden Furlex 204S roller furling system and a Selden Rodkicker 10 rigid vang with a gas spring. The Rocna Vulcan anchor ensures excellent holding in all types of seabeds.
Description of instrumentation
The onboard electronics are entirely Raymarine and include: Raymarine Quantum Q24C Doppler radar (2021), wind station, Axiom 7 chartplotter, autopilot with remote control, depth sounder, EPIRB, AIS, and ACR.
More details
The Lombardini Marine LDW1003-20.6 kW / 28 HP engine was repowered in 2013 and currently has 289 engine hours. In 2023, it was completely removed and overhauled at a cost of €4,600. The yacht underwent a Veneziani epoxy anti-osmosis treatment in 2019, ensuring long-term hull protection. The cockpit bench teak was redone in the same year, enhancing both comfort and aesthetics in the external area. The Autoprop Bruntos folding propeller, acquired in 2016, was fully serviced in 2023. The mast base blocks and backstay adjuster system were replaced in 2022, improving maneuvering efficiency. The high-quality and long-lasting Randex seacocks reduce maintenance needs. The yacht is equipped with all necessary gear for unlimited coastal navigation, including a four-person life raft purchased new in 2023, with the next inspection due in March 2025. The RINA certification is valid until November 2025, confirming the yacht’s full compliance for navigation. This Dehler 34 is an excellent choice for those looking for a solid, well-equipped, and meticulously maintained sailing yacht.
