Beneteau Oceanis 393 clipper used

XBOAT ref :5851.br /I am selling my BENETEAU OCEANIS 393 CLIPPER, a boat I bought new in 2004 in La Rochelle.
It is a 2-cabin version, particularly spacious and bright.
This version offers a very large aft cabin and as the saloon is convertible, it is possible to sleep 6 people.
There are two bathrooms on the boat with 2 marine toilets, the toilet at the front is equipped with a black water tank, but I have never used it!
We have ultimately sailed very little with it, only local cruises in Brittany, the English Channel, and the Channel Islands.
The boat has only 4500 nautical miles, it's a boat that hasn't been pushed, hence its good condition today, which is an advantage!
Another advantage, the boat has a cockpit and a teak deck.
The boat has been maintained and serviced by the same shipyard for 20 years (invoice history).
The engine is a VOLVO D2-55 mounted on a propeller shaft, providing good propulsion. The engine hour meter is broken, but I estimate its hours to be 400/450 hours maximum, probably less.
This year, the shipyard replaced the exhaust system and the PLASTIMO 6-person liferaft is serviced and valid until 2028.
I am selling my boat with regret, but at my age, I no longer use it enough to keep it. It's a boat I have always taken care of.
