2000 SCIALLINO 40 Fly with 2 Yanmar 420 - WOODS 2023 Excellent condition Sole owner - 2 cabins 2 bathrooms - price negotiable - RINA 2028 hull and deck white color - teak deck - model with forward master cabin with peninsula bed - port guest cabin with flat beds convertible into double) - 2 bathrooms (one with shower) - large and organized galley below deck - mobile bar in dinette Boat sole owner maintained and managed with extreme care and attention by Sciallino amateur -220 and 12 volt sockets (traditional 12 volt sockets plus Usb sockets at each point) in all rooms doubles in the master cabin triple in dinette.Winter 2017-2018: completely repainted entire dinette + new dinette sofa upholstery - replaced anchor line with new 100% made in Italy (no China) 10 mm chain (and not 8 as before) - replaced both engine raisers with original Yanmar - replaced both engine up-risers with original Yanmar - replaced ALL sleeves fittings rubber hoses etc. of both engines with genuine Yanmar parts Winter 2018-2019: Disembarked generator and completely rebuilt engine (Yanmar 5 hp Diesel) - Replaced sea intakes of: engines wolf's mouth axis seawater pump - New carpet mats for each room (double for dinette) - replaced autopilot rudder angle sensor - replaced all Opacmare gangway hydraulic hoses - new manual bilge pump - replaced axle bushings - replaced all engine room and right bath sea outlets Winter 2019: replaced fly access manhole- all oblou + bow manhole disassembled and sent to manufacturer (Olcese Ricci for replacement of all seals) replaced all 5 batteries new engine exhaust line with new Rina-approved rubber hoses - new hull passage hoses/fittings totally in stainless steel. Replaced mahogany planking of the right gardening edge. Rebuilt axle badges - new automatic stern bilge pump Winter-Spring 2020: major work
