Steels are used for handrails, hinges, and various parts. The fiberglass parts are processed by spraying neopentyl gelcoat, which offers high resistance to the osmosis phenomenon, into the molds, on which the fiberglass structure soaked in liquid resins of orthophthalic and isophthalic types is then layered, depending on the hull points and their proximity or otherwise to the water surface. At the points of greatest stress, the shipyard inserts coremat and balsa reinforcements. Closed-cell foam is injected between the shell and deck, which increases the acoustic insulation of the hull, while for some components (such as the console) the "injection" system is adopted. Resin-coated wood reinforcements are inserted between the shell and deck, forming the hull framework.
